“WOW! Thank you so much for the training session on Friday, it was truly excellent…[and] feedback has been overwhelmingly positive about your sessions. It was pitched perfectly and you made them feel respected as artists and comfortable to share their experiences.” (Theodora Trust, 2023)

We love collaborating with others! We have delivered sessions with a wide range of arts, health and educational organisations, and look forward to meeting new people and opportunities.
Training
We offer a range of different training options, including:
- Working with children in a trauma-informed way
- Using the arts to support children with Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs)
- Harnessing artistic mentoring
- Using the Theatre Troupe Model’s attachment and attunement methodology in different settings
We have training packages but most of our training is bespoke, designed collaboratively with you.
Teaching
The Theatre Troupe Model is, and as been taught on a range of undergraduate and postgraduate courses in universities. As well as a regular module on the MSc. in Creative Arts and Mental Health at Queen Mary University London, it has been taught on undergraduate and postgraduate modules or lectures at institutions including University of East London, De Montfort University and the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama.
We can offer one-off or longer blocks of lectures about our research model, suited especially to applied theatre and community theatre courses or courses that are based around arts and health.
More than survive: An interactive play for professionals
As part of the ATTUNE research project (attuneproject.com), we developed a short play based on the participatory arts research conducted by young people with ACEs in phase one of the project. This involved young people showing the kind of support they wanted from those who worked with them. The short play is incorporated into a training model for social care, health, education and community professionals who would like to explore new perspectives on working with children and young people.
